Дети катаются постоянно, это уже хорошо, что тут добавить. Кстати, рядом качели и скамейки в тени рядом с цветами.

По факту - Обычный скейт парк но огромный плюс что он есть. Как правило, из за его расположения, не особо людно, так что не тесно и можно покататься себе в удовольствии, не "толкаясь локтями".
