A very warm and budget-friendly place in Bukhara. The interior is as simple as possible, without any comfort and "wow" atmosphere, but it's definitely worth going here for delicious food and large portions. We tried fried lagman, lagman in Uighur style, manti with pumpkin and spinach - everything is very tasty, especially surprised by manti with pumpkin, straight top. The portions are large, full to the brim. We also took homemade cherry compote — I liked it too. The three of them got about 200,000 soums (about 1200 ₽), which is generally great for such a large amount of food. In general, it is a great place if you want to eat delicious and inexpensive food, without paying attention to the interior.

The Sitora Cafe pleasantly surprised with its atmosphere — it is located right in the historical part of the city, next to the madrasah and other attractions. It is ideal to relax after a walk through the ancient streets. The food is authentic Uzbek: pilaf, shurpa, manti — everything is fresh, tasty and homely. I especially liked samsa and tea with fragrant herbs. The prices are affordable, the portions are generous. The staff is very friendly, helped with the selection and served quickly. It is clear that every guest is taken care of here. I recommend it to anyone who wants to get a taste of real Bukhara!

The Sitora Cafe in Bukhara is a great place if you want to taste authentic Uzbek cuisine with great pleasure. Kabob cauldron, life — everything is cooked with soul: the meat is juicy and soft, the dishes are fragrant and rich. Large portions are especially pleasing — you overeat with one main course. The atmosphere is cozy, despite some Spartan style, the staff is polite and attentive. Cons: during rush hours, all the seats are occupied - and there are only 7 seats, so you should be lucky to get there) and sometimes the menu is limited in the availability of some dishes — but the taste experience is worth it. I definitely recommend it!

The place is popular, many people visit it, including Europeans and Chinese. Perhaps the most delicious place in Bukhara. We took a lamb kebab cauldron with potatoes. As we were told, it languished for 5-6 hours. I can say that I have never eaten anything more delicious in my life. We will definitely come again! Thanks to the host who helped with the conversion. The girl manager is also very nice. I don't understand who gives 5 stars here, we were at lunch time - they advised us to have pilaf, since the hosts had lunch themselves. They brought cold pilaf with meat as tough as a sole, tasteless tea in a dirty kettle. The table is sticky, as is the menu sheet. There are tourists all around who fell for the 5*. From the good - delicious manti with spinach and salmon. This has really not been seen anywhere else. The rest is a big minus. At the same time, the price is not much lower than in other places.

The host-cook is trying, but the other staff doesn't seem to be particularly worried. Tea in teapots in bags, the amount was overestimated for tea and a flatbread. The prices are the same as in other restaurants. But it's a bit of a diner with sticky tables and a dirty washbasin. A cafe near the road with constant traffic with an abundance of flies!
