But I want to tell the management: Your clinic was recommended to me, and I made an appointment by phone not every day, but in advance. I immediately asked them to duplicate the information about the recording in the SMS to the phone number from which I called. But no one contacted me anymore and no information was sent to me. I had to call and check the time on the day of the appointment. This is my first time at your clinic, and my first impression of the vaunted Russian service is terrible, I mean the reception staff. Employee engagement is 0, communication is 0. Although they understood perfectly well that this was my first time, and it was necessary to explain at least elementary where to take off my outerwear. Then, when I heard which office I should go to on the 1st floor, not for the first time, the receptionist raised her voice in my direction and repeated it to me with anguish, while her expression leaves much to be desired, as if I owed something. There is no question of any smiles and friendly attitude towards customers at the entrance. After all, I decided to look at the reviews on Yandex.Maps. And I completely agree that it is possible to return to you only thanks to the doctors! And another comment: my reception ended at 17:00. By 20:35 on the same day, I did not receive any information by e-mail, with a document about the reception from the reception desk. I'll have to call again tomorrow.
