I want to share an extremely negative experience of shopping in this store. First, I ordered a coat, and I was delighted: it fits perfectly, it's light, the color fits. Inspired, I ordered a three-piece suit. And then the real epic began, which lasts from March 2 to today (May 27)! What went wrong: Deadlines. The parcel was delayed for several weeks, although they promised fast delivery. The quality of the tailoring. The resulting costume turned out to be a nightmare: The vest is two sizes smaller; the jacket is terrible: the shoulders are "pulled in", the sleeves are narrowed, the darts do not lie on the chest; the trousers were the only thing that was more or less suitable (in length), but they still had to be shortened. Re-stitching. I sent the costume back. Result: the vest has become a bigger size after being redesigned (now it can only be worn for smell); The jacket hasn't been changed much—it still doesn't fit well. Delivery. I paid for it three times: upon receipt, upon sending for re-stitching, and upon return. This added a considerable amount to the cost of the costume. The managers explained the delays by "working according to special patterns," but this does not negate the fact that I received a low-quality item after long waits. As a result, I took the costume to the studio. The money is spent, the nerves are ruined. I will never order here again. It's a pity that there aren't any bad reviews on the store's Instagram page — customers should know the truth!

It is easy to maintain, not whimsical to wear and pleases my feminine eye with the opportunity to express my mood to the world by changing the color of the jacket during the day. Insta liked the double-sided jacket from Sisterum, but without fitting, they were plagued by doubts. In the chat, they advised that in order to save the discount, you need to make an advance payment. I did it. I arrived at the place. Unfortunately, the jacket looks different in reality. It feels like the video was created very professionally or even using AI. As a result, neither the style suited me, nor the fabric, nor the tailoring. It turned out to be quite a quest to return the money. And it's not finished yet... I don't advise contacting them. Or go to the place without any prepayment and look at things live
