The place is just incredibly delicious, real Samarkand pilaf according to all family traditions. You don't need a restaurant, you need family pilafs. A wonderful cook and the owner of the house Seroj He was very hospitable, my husband and I came at 10:30, the owner treated us to tea, served a flatbread to the table, then we watched the pilaf cooking process, it was fascinating. Ready-made pilaf is served from 12:00, by which time the hall is quickly filled with locals. I definitely recommend it, you won't regret it.
