If you prefer not to waste time on trips from the hotel to branded shops and decent coffee, do you like to have dinner or lunch at Maxim's or at Pushkin's, Lena's? I recommend the Xinya Hotel. Rooms without renovation are cheaper, and those after renovation are more expensive. But everywhere there is cleanliness and order, daily cleaning and a change of personal hygiene products. Polite and attentive staff. The hotel is located in the same building as the Basirian shoe store. Have a nice trip!

The hotel is a three-star hotel, I rate it by the room I stayed in. For several days I spent the night in this hotel on the 9th floor, roughly speaking, this floor can be said to be inexpensive. The room has a TV, a shower and a toilet, although the shower is fixed in the wall, it is not convenient. The beds are good, and the mattresses themselves are as hard as concrete. There's not much repair there, but I haven't started complaining so much. The main thing is that there is hot water, Wi-Fi is available, the TV is showing.

The hotel is not bad. Cosmetic repairs are required, TV, plumbing, lighting, everything is working. It would be nice to get rid of insects (I personally killed 2 cockroaches, I didn't come across any more). The bed linen and towels are clean, although they need to be replaced, they are very old.
