We had a rest at the end of June and lived on the second floor. The sun is shining in the morning, but after 11 it goes behind the house, and there is shade on the balcony, you can sit at a table, which is not unimportant, with a view of the mountains! The room was great, we had a rest together, a large comfortable bed in a separate area, additionally a sofa, a table, a refrigerator, a split system and an android TV set-top box. Clean white linen, 4 towels, hairdryer, kettle. Wi-Fi, a kitchen, a place to relax and gather. There is a beautiful shop right behind the house, and two minutes later there is a beach with sun beds, cafes, and rental of ski boots. There is a road near the house, but it did not bother us, on the contrary, there was something to discuss))) Of the cons, the lights were turned off several times, and therefore the water, but this is not critical, because it is not for a long time. We are happy with the rest, thank you!

A lovely guest house, located very close to the sea right across the street, there is a kitchen for cooking, near the canteens there is a grocery store. The guest house organizes excursions, they will pick you up and bring you right to the gate, you do not need to go anywhere 👍 Special thanks to Arthur for organizing the rest (the son of the owners is engaged in bookings) and of course to Angela and Sergey fine wine chacha live music cinema all this is the Singer guest house!!! 👌🙌👍 PS let's go back to this place more than once!

I rested from 08.09.23 to 15.09.23. Alone in a 3-bed room (room 1, on the 1st floor on the right). In the room: 2 double beds and an ottoman, 2 bedside tables, a table with drawers, an electric kettle on it. There is also a TV and air conditioning and a small refrigerator. The bathroom is clean, everything works, there is ventilation and a window. The hosts are friendly and friendly. Shared kitchen:gas stove,kettle,microwave and dishes. What to pay attention to: 1. There are no blankets. Cover yourself with a blanket and a sheet. It's fine in the heat. I'm just used to sleeping under a warm blanket even in summer. 2. The entrance to the room and the window on one side. My room was closer to the kitchen.Other residents are walking by. So for the most part, the curtains were closed. So, by the way, in many guest houses. It's a 2-minute walk to the sea. Canteens and cafes are very close. There is a minimarket in the next house. There are delicious pancakes there) I am very happy with my vacation! I recommend the guest house! It is well suited for both a single person and a family with a child.

A great place for a relaxing, quiet holiday. To the beach 2 min, to the dining room 3 min, to the store 1 min. walk. The guest house has 10 rooms, air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle, hairdryer, TV. There is a change of towels, bed linen, room cleaning. There is also a shared kitchen for self-catering. Excursions can be arranged on site. Hospitable hosts. There is also a free fenced parking for several cars.

One of the most cozy places at home in Abkhazia. Communication with the owners quickly disposes to rest and relaxation. There is everything for a beach holiday. Nice rooms for 2+1 families, air conditioning, car space, large shared kitchen/dining room. And most importantly! Direct flight from Adler airport or train Moscow- Sukhum. From the train station to Singler - 1700m or 200₽ by taxi. I strongly recommend it!!!

I really liked Singer. Beautiful territory, friendly hosts. We wrote off in Whatsapp, everyone immediately found out and decided to stay here. The presence of a closed parking lot was a decisive factor, because we traveled by car. We took a room 2+1, small but cozy. I will immediately note the snow-white bed linen and a set of towels.
