Our favorite children's space! We go there often. The child is always happy and does not want to leave. Clean, tidy, cozy. In all the time that we have been going there, we have never been reproached for not moving toys around the room and playing with them in other places, as they say below. The administrator always worries about the children and warns about the safety precautions upstairs, but apparently some people see this as some kind of dissatisfaction and reproaches, because EVERYONE should like a children's place, so the administration tries to make the children feel comfortable. The toys are cool and varied. Everyone will find something interesting for themselves. A slide, a trampoline, a kitchen and a mini-game room upstairs - my daughter loves it. Keep an eye on your kids yourself and you will be happy, without comments and other things.

A wonderful place for kids and moms! Clean, bright, stylish, lots of good expensive toys! Everything is thought out to the smallest detail! Very tasty food! The hostess and her mother are just wonderful people who work for the benefit of their wonderful institution! We spent 3 days in Minsk, and every day we specially came to play and have a delicious lunch! We'll come again! Thank you for the attentive attitude of each guest! She greets all the guests herself, tells everyone where to take off their shoes and undress. In general, she is a professional in her field! The room itself is clean. The dishes are good. Last year, the child's birthday was celebrated and everything went great, but the administrator left unpleasant memories. I was unhappy all the time during the holiday, I limited the games to the children in that sense, it's not allowed, it's not allowed. It felt like all our guests had come to her house, and not to a rented children's space, which implies children's laughter, shouting and joy. This was also noticed by the people invited to the celebration. And today, this situation was repeated at a friend's birthday party. The receptionist had a sullen and displeased look. I approached the children and made comments about toys, as for me they played with them, not broke them. There are 2 play rooms in the space, and if you took the toy in one, then you can't enter the second one with it. And what will happen to her? Will you have to clean more? It's a pity that such a wonderful space is served by such an employee, and most likely it's the hostess herself. This is the only children's cafe with such a service, we were in many children's places and the service was excellent!

The girl who met us didn't express herself very pleasantly, saying I won't let her in, that's all, we have rules, etc. I understand everything, maybe we didn't clarify this nuance in advance. But why can 't you explain it to people properly , or offer an alternative ( shoe covers ) ? . The mood was ruined, we won't come to this place anymore. We met recently, and we were also unhappy. According to them, the children were not allowed to play properly, they were monitored and constantly made remarks. They left and didn 't stay for 30 minutes . Pay attention to these points, dear owners. At this rate, you won't have any guests at all.

There was a moment when we weren't going to the playroom and decided to go anyway, as the weather was getting worse. We didn't have socks, it was summer. But we were politely offered to buy socks from them, we even had the opportunity to choose by color and pattern. I was very pleased with this approach to the client. The game room is always clean, which is very important. The bathroom always has all the necessary accessories, it smells nice. We've never taken food, so I can't add a few words on my own, but the kids ate with pleasure in front of us. The administrators are always smiling, friendly, and considerate. I wish you more good customers! And stay at the same level!
