I am writing a negative review because I encountered an unpleasant situation after buying wedding rings. 1. The rings were received on May 10, the painting was on June 27. Before the wedding, they were always in branded boxes. When they opened a few days before the painting, they saw yellow rings with darkening and some kind of inclusions, although the rings had not yet been used. I had to clean them myself before the wedding. And there has never been such a thing. When buying the rings, they were ordered with rhodium plating, but now the master writes that there is no rhodium. Why? It's an open question. 2. Another one of the rings has a poorly made stamp — it floats and it is not clear what is indicated. 3. I wrote to the seller to understand the reason for the incident. Instead of explanations, we were offered only to come for cleaning or repairs (they write to all questions and requests only this). We have not received an answer to the question of why the rings changed color even before normal operation. The possibility of a refund or other solution to the situation was also not offered. For me, wedding rings are not just about buying some jewelry at the bazaar. It is bought for many years. Therefore, I expected not only the appropriate quality, but also the willingness of the seller to understand the situation. Unfortunately, this did not happen. They also asked if the wedding was over and if the rings were needed anymore. This is a response to the refusal to polish them. I do not advise ordering rings here at all. Take your time and money.
