A very bad hotel. Filthy to the point of horror. It's like being in a trash can. It stopped twice on August 31 and September 10, 2025.The sink and toilet have never been washed! There are remnants of soap and toothbrush on the sink from the previous tenants. The tracks are very old. The shower is full. The towels are black, they are probably washed either without powder or with very cheap powder. The most important thing is that there is no hot water ever!!! The staff deliberately turns off the boiler in order to save money. After the scandal, they turn it on and after 40 minutes the water heats up. I stayed in this hotel for two nights (I made a reservation in advance, because I was going to the Finnish Mountains) and twice I argued with the administrator, demanded to turn on the hot water, and then waited 40 minutes for the water to heat up! More important information: on the second floor there is a table with tea bags, a kettle and bottled water. So there's such dirt on this table, worse than in India. There is a plate with cigarette butts, bamazhki, water and old tea bags. Apparently there is no cleaning lady in this hotel. The prices in Samarkand for plus/minute hotels are the same. Therefore, do not stay at this hotel under any circumstances.
