Do not recommend this airline at all.... Changed the time of flight from 20:30 to 23:30, than changed it to 01:05. It is 01:44 we are still not boarded.... Perfect weather, poor planning... Do not recomend

The worst airline I've ever had to deal with. The flight was delayed without proper explanations, and the staff treat the passengers rudely and arrogantly, as if they were doing them a favor. Any questions cause irritation on the part of the staff, and it is almost impossible to get clear information. The plane turned out to be in terrible condition: the cabin was dirty, there was trash everywhere, the seats were unkempt, and it looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks. No one seems to be interested in passenger comfort. The organization of work is completely disastrous: constant delays, lack of respect for customers and an extremely low level of service. For their money, passengers get only lost time, spoiled mood and disappointment. After such an experience, I'm not going to use Silkavia's services anymore and I don't recommend it to anyone. One of the most frustrating trips of my life.
