Don’t let empty restaurant scare you. They just opened and offer best khinkalis in town. Give it a shot, I come here few times a week.

Updating the review: foreigners are not very welcome here, there are a lot of sidelong glances (visitors too) and strange communication between waiters / staff (not interested) And the khinkali themselves are not bad, with fresh filling and in sufficient volume. I took 5 with beef and 3 with mashed potatoes + cheese, I liked it. The prices are adequate
