The new hotel is a plus, but to get to the sea you need to complete a quest!! The hotel is located on a hill and it is very far from the sea. You need to go down at least three elevators (which you need to wait for and then climb in) there is no ventilation in the elevators, it will take at least 20-30 minutes to get to the sea, the hotel will appeal only to those people who like to walk a lot and climb a hill, I do not recommend it to others
