Hello, I will try to briefly tell you about a week's stay at the hotel. From the outside, the hotel looks inconspicuous, if not for the signboard, then an ordinary building, of which there are plenty on the Turkish coast. But! Getting inside, you can immediately see the recently made repairs, everything is decent enough. And the hotel itself is quite spacious, with 4 floors (from the outside it looks like only 2). I lived on the 4th floor, overlooking the sea, it's a bit far away, but it's a pleasure to walk, about 10 minutes to the beach. By the way, the hotel does not have its own beach, but there are sun beds on another beach where you can stay for free. So, the room, we are greeted by a pleasant renovation, a fresh shower and new plumbing, is it comfortable? Yes. The room has a hairdryer, a cold/warm conditioner, and a TV (Turkish channels only, but Russians can be added for a fee). Wi-Fi, free only in the lobby, in the room for $, I took it for a week, it turned out to be about 1200rubles. By the way, there is no elevator in the hotel, so you will have to use your feet to get into the dining room ("restaurant" - for those who hear it). On the ground floor there is a swimming pool, not deep, about 1.5 meters, but clean and well-maintained, a sufficient number of sun beds, umbrellas and a bar with free drinks ("Wi-Fi" - no, only paid). The dining room's cuisine is diverse, by Russian standards, full of salads, all kinds of sauces, pickles, and more! The assortment includes cream soup, stewed vegetables, a couple of side dishes to choose from, and fried or baked chicken or turkey. To my surprise, there is a huge grill, but they did not wait for it. In short, you won't stay hungry, but you'll have to go to the side for variety or gastronomic delights, preferably away from the coast, there's only the euro or the dollar. The hotel itself is located almost in the center of Manavgat (Side district), you can go both to old Side, with ruins and a museum, and to the center, by the way, there is a good meat restaurant (valuable ones bite, of course), and a fish "restora eatery". The landmark is a mosque with green minarets and a market square (every Saturday, but the bazaar is open until lunch). Bottom line, the advantages: the convenient location of the hotel, close to the exchanger, shops, pharmacies, attractions and the beach. Cons: limited range of cuisine, location next to a busy road, lack of free Wi-Fi and animators. P.S. I would like to thank the hotel staff, who are very friendly and helpful, they respectfully welcome and accompany guests. Summarizing my writing, I can say this, this hotel is suitable just as an overnight stay with meals.

It's a very decent 4-storey hotel for 3*. Located in Side, near the supermarket Sali Bazaar with normal prices and in lira, various shops and banks. The ancient city begins not far away. It's a 10-minute walk to the sea (and another 7-8 to the rented beach). The room is nice, with air conditioning, shower-WC, balcony. I liked the food - the buffet is quite varied, well, except that soups and porridges are unsuccessful, they don't know how.. Cooler with water in the dining room and at the reception. There is a swimming pool of about 12x6 m, with a paddling pool, sun beds and umbrellas. There is a spacious bar, beer and spirits until 22:00 for free. There is free Wi-Fi, but only near the reception, and it's just disgustingly slow, there's no speed. There is paid WiFi, but they say it's not better, just a bigger area. They clean up cleanly. The staff is friendly, and there are some of ours, so we didn't experience any translation difficulties.

I had a rest from May 1 to May 8, 2025. The best hotel, and this is the fourth one I've stayed in Side. The rooms are clean, with a balcony overlooking the sea. The room is cozy, the linen and towels are snow-white, they are changed every day. The staff in the kitchen is Russian-speaking. The food is a lot of vegetables, herbs, meat, there was fish once, apples and oranges from fruits, it is impossible to stay hungry. It's a nice pink dry place, but it's not 500 meters to the beach, but it takes 15 minutes; slowly, past the alley of vendors of all sorts The beach is very nice. The sun beds are smooth and not dead. As soon as you arrive, the Turk always asks if you want to open your umbrella. In May, few people swam, but I have + 20 Water every day, and at the end of September it will be + 27. There are shops, currency exchange, cafes and restaurants near the hotel.It is a 5-minute walk to the embankment. The ancient city is 15 minutes away along the embankment. If I come in September, then only here!
