We were choosing between hotels in the burning package and decided to stay there. In short, the hotel is not bad, of course, with its drawbacks, but we had a great week and did not experience any major inconveniences. If you are going on a cheap tour, then I definitely advise you, but if you have to pay twice as much, then you should consider other options. I'll start with the advantages of the hotel: 1) Food. We didn't even expect the food to be so varied, it was a great joy for such a place. There were a lot of cheeses, greens, appetizers, desserts, and they were very tasty, chicken, sometimes beef, side dishes, French fries, and in a rustic way, like from McDonald's, delicious watermelon and plums. There was always plenty of everything, and the cooks added more. As for the bar, I didn't drink alcohol, but my friend said that all the drinks were nasty and watered down. Juices, cola, the same thing. It is also impossible to drink coffee from a coffee machine :( 2) The territory. Although the hotel is small, I was very pleased with its own lovely territory with lots of fruit and olive trees and places to relax. The pool is big and enough for everyone, but in the mornings it was insanely cold. I think this moment could be corrected so as not to wait for 10 a.m. to enter it calmly. 3) Location. Yes, the hotel is not located in the city of Side, but in its suburbs, but this did not upset us, the main thing was that it was quiet enough in the evenings and only a couple of times loud music was heard from neighboring hotels. Also, within walking distance of two Migros, souvenir shops, the sea and a wonderful promenade in 15 minutes. You can easily get to the city itself by minibus from the nearest bus stop, they run very often and cost 2 euros. 4) Very comfortable bed and pillows. There is a lot to be desired in the room, but this was the most important thing and did not disappoint. Now about the cons: 1) There is no internet connection in the rooms. We were very upset about this, because we came with remote work, we had to use unlimited e-sim. At the same time, Wi-Fi worked well in the lobby and near the pool, so for those who don't care, it may not be a problem. 2) The condition of the rooms and the hotel. Almost everything is old and clearly needs to be replaced. There are broken lights in many places, the toilet button did not work properly, as well as in other toilets on site, the air conditioner is old (thanks for fulfilling its function), sometimes there was no hot water in the shower. But for such a price, we turned a blind eye to it. 3) Cleaning. It's amazing to me, but the room hasn't been fully cleaned in 8 days! We asked for towels and toilet paper ourselves, and left tips, but the cleaner only swept and cleaned the shower drain without even changing the bed and towels. 4) There is no elevator. I think it's common for such a four-storey building, but it was very painful to go up and down with suitcases, and in general several times a day. I think that's it, there are a lot more good impressions than bad ones, so I would certainly recommend this hotel for a week-long vacation. ☺️

We compare this three-piece with the one we were wearing in Kemer for a lot of money. Heaven and earth! The food is great, we have no refined expectations, but you can please anyone - lots of greens, vegetables, pide from the oven on weekdays for dinner, various side dishes. Cleaning every day, we left small postcards, sweets for the cleaner, sometimes a little lira - our beds were decorated)) The Internet is free, I caught it well in the lobby. The municipal beach is not bad, sandy, many beautiful shells were taken as a souvenir)) Part of the hotel beach is 5-7 minutes away by transfer from the hotel and back of the official transfer. No, but it's possible to negotiate. And it's even easier to walk a few minutes to the bus stop and drive 1 stop on any minibus for 20-25 liras, if you don't want to walk for 40 minutes in the heat)) One of the disadvantages is that the refrigerator was not working in the room, the reception was informed, the application was accepted, but no one came)) They mostly speak Turkish/English. It is not critical for us that staff is not Russian-speaking. There were a lot of local vacationers, noisy companies and ill-mannered children. (: For us, these disadvantages did not become significant enough to say that this is a bad hotel; we took a burning tour and never regretted choosing this hotel. P.S. The comrades who write at the bottom about a "divorce" for money with a savings account are friends, it was worth reading what you are buying a little more carefully when buying. When buying with a difference of several thousand, it was indeed possible to see 2 seemingly identical standards (the photos are identical), but in the detailed description you could see obvious differences, for which you were offered to pay extra on the spot. Yes, Turks can be arrogant, but you're not the most)))

A good hotel for its price. If you need a beach nearby, then you need to look for another option, it will probably take 15-18 minutes on foot, 4 minutes by car to the beach. The cuisine is generally good, the rooms are clean, the staff does not always know Russian, and their English is lame, mostly German or Turkish, or with a translator) Beautiful sunsets nearby)
