From the moment we arrived, Sia Resort impressed us with its atmosphere and hospitality. The rooms were immaculately clean and tastefully furnished. The cottages were especially charming, combining comfort with a sense of mountain serenity. The food was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options. The staff handled everything professionally and with genuine kindness. This resort truly sets a high standard.

Hello) We stayed at Sia for 3 nights, with my husband and a 5-year-old child, and this is our 3rd hotel in Tsakhkadzor, and it is (just in comparison with everyone) the BEST AND MOST COMFORTABLE, and we stayed at the most expensive, so we have something to compare it with in terms of price and quality!!!!! The hotel is clean, new, fresh, beautiful, stylish, the staff is wonderful, everyone is pleasant, ready to help in everything))) The pool is cool, huge and bright, it even has a circle for children and adults to use (but it needs to be inflated), swimming boards, armbands... The sauna and hammam are excellent, pleasant, with a good temperature and a floor-to-ceiling window from the sauna overlooking the pool) restaurant: it's just unreal how delicious it is, just every dish is like a work of art, both externally and to taste))) in other hotels, we always went somewhere to eat, but here we just tried half of the menu during these three days of stay) there is a children's game, (it's free) My son was happy to play there. If it were still possible for money to leave a child there under supervision to relax without him, it would be generally ideal)))) it's like our mini wish))) We have been looking for a hotel for a comfortable stay in Tsakhkadzor for a long time, which meets all our wishes) in winter we take a taxi to the cable car in 7 minutes. Thank you for the kindest emotions to the hotel owner and all his staff. You've done great. We have shown the level of service in Armenia for hotels!!!!

We stayed at SIA Resort & SPA and were more than satisfied. Attention to detail and caring for the guests are felt in everything. The rooms are spacious, modern, very clean, with beautiful views and thoughtful comfort - it's really nice to be there. A separate pleasure is the kitchen. The breakfasts are varied and delicious, everything is fresh, with an excellent selection. The restaurant serves excellent food, the dishes are served quickly and beautifully, and the level is felt. The SPA area is just great! Clean, cozy, ideal atmosphere for relaxation: swimming pool, sauna, hammam - everything works perfectly. After a busy day in the mountains, this is a real escape. The staff is worthy of special praise - they are polite, responsive, always help and prompt, create a feeling of real hospitality. SIA Resort & SPA left only the most pleasant impressions. A great place to stay in Tsakhkadzor - we will definitely come back!

We stayed with my husband and child for 8 months and 4 days. The food is as delicious as possible, just 100 out of 10. Every day there was a different menu, sometimes there was Swedish cuisine, sometimes individually. At first, we were surprised when we came to lunch, because there were only waiters besides us. We asked, we were told that the guests prefer to eat outside. Well, my husband and I said it didn't taste good here, but as it turned out, everything was so delicious that we didn't want to return home.😹 The rooms and the hotel are clean in principle, the bathroom appliances were shiny. There was no dirt even in the corners. The service is top-notch. The staff picked up the child, played with him, and at that time my husband and I ate quietly.🥹 Once we were 30 minutes late for dinner, they told us "no problem, we'll bring it individually, have a seat." Customer orientation is at the highest level. The pool is clean, and the warm walls and floor are a separate consideration. We will definitely come back

It's a lovely hotel. Maybe even the best in town. Nicely. Super pool with sauna and hammam. Good for kids. But there is a moment. I planned to get some sleep, but alas((( The evening event is very noisy. If silence is important to you, ask for a room away. There are blackout curtains on one window, and a transparent curtain on the second. It's so bright in the room. And the soundproofing from the neighbors is also so-so. Considering my early rise, this was a huge disadvantage.

A lovely hotel with decent rooms and views! We visited in March, before that we constantly stayed at 88, we believed that it was out of competition in Tsakhadzor… It turned out they were mistaken. We will definitely return in the summer!!!
