Terrible service and a complete lack of response from the hotel I would like to share my extremely negative experience staying at this hotel. After 10:00 PM, when we had already gone to bed, people from the neighboring room started literally barging into our room. As far as I understood, they were Ru-speaking guests. The situation was completely unacceptable and seriously disrupted our rest. I contacted the hotel staff and asked for security to be called, but nothing happened. In the end, I had to go down from the 9th floor to the reception myself and look for the administrator. After I explained the situation, she said she would deal with it, but instead of calling security and resolving the problem, she simply walked away and disappeared. I then had to look for her again just to get some kind of response and find out what was actually happening. Instead of being able to rest peacefully during the night, I had to spend half the night dealing with this situation and trying to get the most basic level of order and security myself. There were also other serious issues. The room was booked for two people, but everything was prepared for only one guest: there was only one bathrobe, one coffee cup, and overall the room was equipped as if only one person were staying. There was also a serious safety issue inside the room itself. When I was getting out of the shower, a plastic ceiling panel suddenly fell directly onto my head. Fortunately, I was not seriously injured, but this is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel. Overall, this was an extremely unpleasant experience. There were serious security issues, a complete lack of prompt response from the staff, and the room was inadequately prepared for two guests. I do not recommend this hotel. The level of service was completely unacceptable.
