The magnificent hotel is located in the city center, near the Parliament building, and we stayed there for the November holidays. The old town is 15 minutes away at a leisurely pace. We officially checked in at 14, we arrived at 11, and we were immediately given a room, and the category was higher than we had booked, as there were few guests in the hotel. The staff is friendly, ready to answer all questions, almost all employees speak Russian. We took accommodation with breakfast, and we were not mistaken, the breakfasts here are better than anywhere else. Part of the menu, part of the buffet, scrambled eggs, eggs benedict with bacon or red fish, eggplant rolls, really delicious sausages and stewed vegetables, dairy products and awesome pastries, as well as delicious Champagne and coffee for every taste, borjomi water in glass. I repeat, take accommodation with breakfast, we had excursions almost every day, they started early in the morning, when all the cafes in the area were not yet open, especially since there are almost none within walking distance from the hotel, only closer to the old town. The rooms are excellent, equipped with everything you need, a chic mattress and wonderful bed linen. The only question for the maid, I forgot to bring towels, soap, and I ran out of shower gel The hotel has good and fast Internet, and only Russian entertainment programs are on TV. The hotel also has a gym, a swimming pool and two saunas, women's and men's locker rooms, all of which are open until 23, we went there in the evening and for 3 days we did not meet a single person there)) the stove in the sauna should be asked to turn on in advance, half an hour in advance. As a summary, a great hotel for your money, come to Georgia, a hospitable country, we will definitely come back again)

Great hotel in the center of Tbilisi! All the sights of the old town are within walking distance. Despite the very busy area, the room was not noisy. Beautiful pristine design, spacious room, very clean, friendly staff, speaking three languages. A pleasant addition to all this was the hotel's signature fragrance (a very pleasant, subtle and unobtrusive scent of indoor perfumes) and the presence of a sauna and a swimming pool, which helped to restore strength after long walks around the city. High-quality mattresses and bedding are also worth mentioning. The rooms are equipped with everything you need, from hygiene products to bathrobes and slippers. It was very touching to see a compliment from the hotel in the room in the form of wine, nuts and dried fruits. The night after the plane was the most important thing to start defending the country. The hotel is very interesting. There are awesome breakfasts. Be sure to go! Very friendly staff. Nice pool, convenient location. It was hot in our room, they brought a fan, because it was November and the air conditioner was no longer working. The only negative is the terribly small bathroom. It's just a closet! There is no curtain in the shower and no door either. Those who are big, I don't know how they can be accommodated there. We are not giants, but it is very inconvenient.

What I didn't like: one day they didn't do the cleaning (not death, but it's strange that at 14 o'clock leaving the room and leaving the sign "please be lost", they don't do the cleaning), the rooms are quite austerely furnished, but the most expensive is the price of a glass of wine in the lobby ... 30 GEL ... (menu /price list/there is no receipt - apparently the price is at the discretion of the bartender); no rest in the city has ever charged more than 24. Wine in Russia costs 2.3 thousand rubles at retail).

I stayed here for the first time - a business trip. We upgraded to the junior suite for free - I didn't ask. I suspect that the single rooms were occupied. But a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was struck by the lack of hot food on the buffet. At the end of the meal, a girl came up and asked, "Would I be hotter?" I asked why there was no information at the entrance that hot food should be ordered additionally. She replied that this information was in the hotel booklets. To be honest, I didn't find it. Who cares if it's inconvenient. At the entrance to the restaurant, every customer should be warned if they have organized this process in this way. The price for accommodation is inadequate.

We chose the hotel based on reviews, a lot of things confused mariotts, so we chose this boutique hotel on the recommendation of friends. Very polite friendly staff, cozy room, great breakfasts for my taste (baked vegetables, badridjani I love). The pool and sauna are not working yet (there was a fire), but we would have no time to visit them. The location is gorgeous, the largest Christmas tree and all the Christmas festivities were near the hotel. I recommend

A great hotel, BUT I booked solely because of the opportunity to visit the spa, but out of 10 days of being there, the spa was open for only 2 days.. it feels like because I was the only one who went there, they "closed it for repairs." Cleaning starts at 16.00, and not at 11-12 as it is everywhere. But the maids are very nice, for which I forgive this little thing. The location is gorgeous. Downstairs there is a chic restaurant with a chic kitchen, I got there on the very last day, it's a pity I didn't go there earlier. Complimentary drinks are often served from the hotel, but in conclusion, I would not return to the hotel a second time.
