My package arrived at the Shopogolic warehouse in Germany in mid-May. Before that, I specifically asked support for the possibility of further shipment to Russia and received a positive response. After receiving the parcel by the warehouse, it turned out that they would not send it after all. As a result, the only option left was to return to the seller, and the refund period is limited and expires on June 13. This was followed by weeks of extremely slow communication: responses came every few days, and information had to be literally extracted from support. The seller's return label was provided to Shopogolic back on May 29. After that, several days passed without any action. Then I was informed that I had to pay for Shopogolic's services before sending the refund. Since the refund time has already been almost lost due to delays on their part, I agreed to pay the bill just to complete this story. But here, too, a new problem has arisen: the PDF invoice shows the amount of €11.05, while the payment system requires €33.79, including services for the shipment, which actually did not take place. I reported the error and received a response: "We have passed the information to the manager for verification." After that, there was silence again. At the moment, it is already the fourth week of resolving the issue that arose due to the initially incorrect consultation of Shopogolic support. All this time, the return of an item worth about €400, which is limited to June 13, is under threat.

For the first time I used the services of Shopogolic (virtual address in Spain), I had to bring Zara. Everything is very fast, packed well, received the parcel in 23 days in (Spain-Perm) . the price tag is adequate. Support responds quickly.

Bad company, poor service, delivery deadlines are not respected, unsubscribes 5-6 days after the stated 24 hours (although they claim 24-48 hours). The delivery time starts working from the dispatch. And your order can wait for a batch in the warehouse for a month. My package has not been sent yet. Although there is a tracking number. Avoid this company. Definitely not worth using.
