The best pilaf in Samarkand! It's a colorful place, the locals eat, all the tables are occupied, there are no tourists, all the places are occupied, you must visit!!!

The most delicious pilaf, served with salad and pickles, the manti are excellent! Apricot compote and green tea are excellent. We were visiting at lunchtime, just for a hot meal, and it looks like they're winding down after lunch, the people are leaving and there's a lull.
