Having visited those places for the first time, I really wanted to come back for a longer time - it's so beautiful there. The choice fell on the Shogansai base, as the most comfortable place to stay - overnight indoors, not in a yurt, a separate bathroom, meals. I contacted the contact phone number, booked a room, made a deposit for a day's stay. But on the eve of the arrival date, I had family circumstances that prevented me from leaving. I was offered to postpone my booking, and then I thought, "well done, but in other places sometimes in such cases they just withhold the advance and that's it. What a good attitude towards the guests!". But it turned out that I was too hasty with my conclusions. On the newly agreed arrival day, after finishing my business in Almaty, I wrote to the administrator that I was leaving and would be there in 5-6 hours. To the same number where all the correspondence was conducted before. I got there in the dark, at the beginning of the ninth. Yandex and Google navigation does not show a turn onto a dirt road and finish the route on the asphalt just out in the woods, so I had to stray. At the base, they asked me my name and offered to have dinner first and then check in. I was a little surprised, since I had already come with a backpack, but I didn't object. And the reason why they wanted to feed me so much was found out pretty quickly: my number is not there. The receptionist left somewhere, she didn't tell me that I was already on my way, they just didn't give a damn about the fact that my room was paid for, they handed over the rooms to people who arrived without an appointment, and as a result, there aren't any available. As a solution to the problem, I was asked to move into a room with two other girls, which I flatly refused, saying that I did not want to live in the same room with strangers. Then I was offered to live in a spare room in the staff house. There's no toilet or shower, just a sink, but it's only for one night, and there's a room for me in the morning. I agreed, because I didn't want to drive 400 km back to Almaty in the dark. The house is heated by a stove, the room I lived in was far away, and it was quite cold there. And both toilets on the street turned out to be literally filthy – someone very sloppy could not aim their serious business at the hole and did not clean up after themselves. I understood that even when the guests who occupied my room left, I would not be checked in immediately, because I would have to clean up. And in the evening I asked about a horse ride – I expected that after breakfast I would ride for a couple of hours, and then it would be possible to settle in normally. They told me, "Yes, yes, a man will come in the morning and we will make an agreement." I naively expected that during breakfast they would come up to me and orient me on my walk and check-in. But even though the same people I talked to the day before were there, no one approached me. After breakfast, I went to look for myself, and I was told that the room would be prepared, and there would also be a walk, but the person was busy now and I had to wait. I was offered to sit outside for half an hour, and they would come up to me. That's what I did – I sat down in a prominent place by the fire bowl and waited. But no one came up after half an hour, an hour, or an hour and a half. Not about walking, not about checking in. With that, my patience finally ran out, and I just went home. I'm still shocked at how you can treat your guests like that. Do you really think that if YOU messed up, handed over my paid room to other people, then I should be running after you all morning and begging you to put me up? At the time of writing the review, no one else had contacted me, either to apologize or to talk about compensation for a poorly rendered service. Well, thank you for going back to the light. I won't go back there for anything and I won't advise anyone – they just don't give a damn about you there.

There is an expression - This is Switzerland, I'll say it better. Although I have not been to Switzerland. :) I got up on a sedan, so go ahead - it's worth it!!! Nature, views, air are just TOP!!! What a meal! Kymyz is the best in my opinion!!! The truth is that Zhana-Arkinsky Kymyz is the best!!! I highly recommend it
