Glazunova O.I., a primary school teacher, does just that. If you don't support her in her intrigues, but take a neutral position, then you automatically become an enemy. In the future, she arranges conflict from any question or request, allows herself to yell at parents within the walls of the school and even in the principal's office, not to greet, delete personal correspondence and block contact in school groups and at home, ignore messages. He overestimates his favorites very much, even at intra-school Olympiads. She poisons children against a child whose parents she doesn't like. He yells at the kids all the time. In general, she behaves boorishly, rudely, boorishly, as if she was trading at the market yesterday, and today she is a teacher at school. He's constantly recording something on a dictaphone, taking screenshots, making provocative notes, and never letting go of his phone. And he does not spend all the subjects for which he receives a salary. After the complaints, the director only got worse. The principal does not react, which allows the teacher to behave even more gently. The director is actively engaged in parliamentary activities outside of school. The school has a toilet, the gym is in poor condition, and the playground on the street does not meet the standards at all. There is no assembly hall, all events take place in the hallway on the ground floor. There is no dining room of its own, the food is imported. The food is worse than in the same 5th lyceum or 17th. No one studies with children on an extended basis. The class as a whole is weak. Glazunova creates a picture of academic performance. To really study well, you need to study with your child at home. Many parents are unhappy, but they only voice this behind the scenes for several reasons. Many children are afraid and don't tell anything at home; parents are afraid to complain because they know exactly what the child will arrive at; the problem is not discussed in the general chat, as there are those who immediately send screenshots to the teacher. I strongly advise against it. There are many decent schools around. Now I understand why, when the distance was abolished in all schools of the city, the central school could not recruit 10 people to the first grade, when the neighboring 2-3 classes were full.
