Everything was just great, the atmosphere, the cuisine and the service! We really liked the dessert "Spanish cheesecake", from what we had previously tried, it was the best of the best!! I would like to thank the waiter of Abylgaza, his sincere greeting and excellent service played a crucial role. Our waiter was just great, he understood the kitchen and gave excellent recommendations!

We were pleasantly surprised by the kitchen. The serving is beautiful, everything is fresh and very tasty: the portions are normal, the sauces / spices are right in balance, nothing superfluous. Plus, the hookah was made perfectly — it's soft, it keeps the taste for a long time. The service is fast, the waiters are attentive. 10/10, level location.

Extremely disappointed with the service. They waited for tea for about 40 minutes, while reminding the waiters at least 4 times — each time they heard "yes, yes", but nothing happened. And it was just ordinary black tea. The hookah was purged only once, and then after several reminders. The staff call buttons are simply ignored. When asked about what was happening, the hookah master replied that due to the arrival of the CEO, the staff "did not want to work" and did not pay attention to the guests. Totally unprofessional. And with all this, the bill includes 15% for the service. But the checking account was brought twice — and by two different waiters. They had no problems with that. The stated "premium" has nothing to do with reality. I don't recommend it.
