I agree with the review about the LOW level of staff and I will add-service. The prices are far from average, and the level of service should be appropriate, but at first they couldn't explain to me what the snack consists of, and then they couldn't find the change and offered to come for the missing amount the next day! How's that??? The establishment is open until 04.00, the time is 21 with minutes and will not be able to change the money???This has never been encountered before. Of course, we will not go any more, and we will not advise any of our friends who will be in Pavlodar on business or on vacation.
