I ordered a set through the website by 20:30 to celebrate my wedding anniversary with my wife. I made the order in 10!!! hours before the scheduled time. After placing the order, a message appeared that I would be contacted soon, but after 3 hours no one bothered to call back and I had to call myself. By the time everything was promised to be "at its best," nothing had arrived. I couldn't reach them from my phone, which was used to place the order, for an hour. When calling from his wife's phone, he was picked up on the first ring. By the time I got through, the order was already 40 minutes late. I specifically clarified that I could pick up the set myself so as not to wait another hour, to which the operator replied with the boilerplate phrase "the courier will be here soon, thank you for understanding" and hung up. After waiting for another hour, the phone was not answered at all. We never got the order. If it were possible to put a lower rating, I would be happy to do it. UPD: the order was delivered after all. The deliveryman turned out to be a good-natured man who apologized for a long time for the managers and chefs and made a discount. As for the sushi itself, it's very tasty, it's hard to argue with that. I corrected the rating thanks to the deliveryman

We pre-ordered on December 13 for December 31 via Instagram. In the correspondence, I clarified that delivery is needed! They allegedly accepted it, but when it was time for delivery, and it still wasn't there, I went into correspondence, but they didn't ask for either the number or the address. Accordingly, there is no order. That is, the pre-order was not accepted, although they wrote that it was accepted and everything would be in the best possible way. They just didn't sign me up. If a pre-order had been placed, the address would have been clarified. There are so many people like us who are left without rolls for the holiday.Thanks a lot for spoiling the mood! I've heard negative reviews, and now I've run into it myself!
