I visited the salon on January 8, signed up only to remove someone else's gel coating. The salon is very cramped and small, absolutely unsanitary! I was received by manicure master Aigerim, who is also an administrator. An unqualified specialist with no work experience. I was forced to stop the master's work: she performed it uncertainly, from the very beginning did not inspire any confidence, constantly touched the skin, there were cuts. The master's workplace absolutely does not meet the standards: either the lamp does not work, or something is constantly missing. The removal of 4 nails by the master took 30 minutes. The master took 7-8 MINUTES to remove each nail. When asked how long it would take to remove on both hands, the master replied — no more than an HOUR. While another master performed a full gel-coated manicure in the same 30 minutes! After I stopped working, the master confessed that she was INEXPERIENCED, after my nails were ruined. Why do you hire clients if you have no experience? Why don't you warn us about this in advance? Learn from models! The impression was terrible, I will not return to this salon again. Special thanks to Master Indira, she corrected the work of Master Aigerim and made a high-quality removal.
