I highly recommend not contacting this store. I placed an order for personalized chevrons on the website with mail delivery and payment upon receipt. After 2 weeks, I call the representative of this store and find out that 1) the chevrons will be manufactured and shipped only after advance payment 2) information about this has been sent to my email. The email received only information about the order itself. No information about pre-payment is provided on the website itself. No one has called me back for 2 weeks and has not bothered to make sure that the order is awaiting prepayment. Thank you for your time and nerves. I'll go to another store where the customers are at least somehow taken care of. All the best!
