Nice location , clean and basic amenities available. Good thing is that there is privacy in room unlike the capsule hotels, 24 hours tea, coffee common area is open, more over there is space to keep your food in the refrigerator. Shared bathroom and toilets are clean and maintained well. I would say its the best option for budget travelers who is not bothered about room space for this price in center of Moscow. Highly recommend for budget travelers

During my first stay in the summer, a male staff member refused to let me check in, claiming my immigration registration was fake, even though it was legitimate and officially issued. Despite my attempts to explain and asking my landlord to speak with him by phone, he repeatedly refused and told me to cancel the booking. Since cancellation was not possible through the app, I lost my payment and had to book another place late at night. On my recent stay, I encountered the same staff member. He was rude, unhelpful, and constantly showed an annoyed attitude. When I later realized my migration card was missing, I asked him for help, as he had taken my passport during registration. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he became angry and aggressively slammed the migration card onto the table, even though the issue occurred due to his handling of my documents. This caused unnecessary panic and distress. The only positive aspect of this hostel was the female staff, who were polite, respectful, and helpful.
