The Shell's own brand Sandwich that we bought from Shell on the way to Adana turned out to be moldy. So we told this issue to Shell, trusting in Shell's brand value. But they gave a ridiculous, institutionally distant answer, like you have to take the product to that Shell. Poor answers that represent an entire company...
