I was on trial (Zybitskaya 2), a clean,bright studio. Shower,toilet (very pleased with the set for women), clean and comfortable. I was at a body ballet, the coach is just smart and very comfortable. As for the cost. 1. The trial session is free if you take a subscription (if not, then 15p) 2. In the studios, and there are many of them in the city, there are various directions and you are not tied to the studio and time, recording through a personal account that will be opened to you. 3. If you sign up on the day of the trial session, the cost per month is 200 rubles with a discount (if you go 2 rubles per week) without a discount of about 300 rubles. And most importantly, if you have the amount and desire, then there is also a lot of buns for girls in the form of meetings with a psychologist, a tarologist, etc.

I've been going for the third month now and I really like it - it's clean, modern, good ventilation, there's always enough room for classes because by appointment, the coaches are all different and each with their own twist. The muscles are noticeably tightened, while the exercises are light, without tin. The flexibility has become much stronger, I can feel it myself. The price-quality ratio is excellent in my opinion.
