The shawarma is delicious, but the attitude of the employees leaves much to be desired, the expression on their faces as if they are unhappy that they are being approached. We waited for 15 minutes for the order to be accepted, while the employee was busy with other orders. It is elementary to accept an order and warn about the waiting time, as a rule.

We were visiting relatives in Bobruisk, RB, walking in the evening, we decided to try Belarusian shawarma (we wanted to compare it with Russian). I really liked the classic shawarma, the meat was not spared, it was juicy enough, the vegetables were fresh, the lavash did not fall apart (which is very important). The prices are acceptable compared to ours .I recommend it to everyone.

If you order here, then only from a girl. Walking past this place, I wanted to try shawarma. I got to the girl, everything was fine. The next time I ordered shawarma and a hot dog from her, excellent! On March 28, I decided to buy shawarma, potatoes and a hot dog again. There was a young man there. I've never seen such terrible service anywhere. The shawarma had fallen apart, the pieces of meat were large and there were few of them. I asked for garlic sauce for the potatoes. As he talks and gets distracted from his work, he breaks a jar of sauce and says: "Choose another sauce, there is no more garlic sauce." I say that I made an order and no one told me about it. He's already showing me the broken sauce pan with the crazies and indignantly: "Should I put it like this?" What a shame! In the morning, at 11 o'clock, there is no sauce, they do not warn about this! They talk to you like it's all your fault. And the icing on the cake: I didn't hear any apologies addressed to me! With such employees, there will be much fewer customers! The mood was ruined, I had to buy the sauce from another place!
