But to open an establishment and receive guests there when such a mess is at least disrespectful to the guests. For 20 minutes they tried to call the waiter through the call button. When they had already despaired of seeing him and called a taxi to move to another place, the waiter deigned to appear. But we refused his services and left this institution. To summarize, the guests here are not respected and, apparently, they do not want to see. At least on the summer porch. I don't recommend it.

Only wooden tables and chairs were available.. We immediately asked the waiters to transfer us to a sofa as soon as possible. Personally, I asked three different waiters for this service.… We were in the establishment from 8.30 p.m. until almost three in the morning. Zero reaction from the staff of the institution. Some tables were empty after 22. They could have transplanted it. A little later, the administrator came up with a question about feedback. I immediately replied to her that I would not return to this institution anymore, and explained the problem with the attitude of the staff to customer requests. And her offer to transplant has already been refused. As a result, around midnight they moved to one of the free sofas themselves.… In terms of cuisine, I can rate the lamb as above average. It doesn't reach the top four (out of 5). Grilled to taste without marinade. I even make it tastier at home. Without really straining, and I understand perfectly well that the main thing is meat and spices (marinade).. Beer (a lot was drunk) the main part of the bill is light draft unfiltered - delicious.. Fried chechil is delicious As a result, I do not plan to return anymore. Even my friends, after my story about the tables, were surprised that I went there and threw off a whole list of establishments in Astana with a human attitude to customers. I will use this list))

We just walked in and didn't even have time to sit down, as they immediately asked us to pay the deposit. I'm not against the deposit system, but it would be much more convenient and comfortable if you warned about it in advance by phone and sent a link / remote payment to Kaspi. It's not like a guest just walks in and is immediately told, "Pay, otherwise the order won't be accepted." This created unnecessary tension. 2. Lighting. We arrived before everyone else — around 21:00. Usually the guests gather a little later. There was no semi-darkness in the hall, and we had to ask several times to dim the lights to create a karaoke atmosphere. The same situation was on the dance floor — we ended up leaving earlier because we didn't have the vibe and atmosphere we were hoping for. 3. Barbecue. We were expecting a delicious, juicy shish kebab that you want to eat and order more. But, unfortunately, there were nuances with the barbecue — the taste expectations were not fulfilled. ⸻ I hope that this feedback will help improve the service.
