We visited the kebab shop on Artyom Street, and the impressions were extremely mixed. The meat itself is really delicious, there are no complaints about the cuisine — the shish kebab is cooked well. But, unfortunately, the service completely spoils the whole impression. Communication with the cashier was especially unpleasant. Instead of a normal, polite attitude towards customers — rudeness, rudeness and constant bickering. There was a feeling that the visitors here were not guests, but people who owed her something personally. Open disrespect, irritation and demonstrative discontent towards customers is completely unacceptable for a catering establishment. Management should pay attention to the staff, because even good meat does not save the situation when customers are greeted with rudeness.

For any event - a birthday at work, New Year's Eve, or even a field trip. Packed, laid out, warm. The order is ready within three hours. There is a delivery (quite punctual) and pickup. I advise you to use the services of a barbecue. PS. Sometimes the packaging of mushrooms breaks and the delicious broth leaks. I'll give you five stars.

I want to share my impressions of this institution. A disgusting administrator, absolutely does not know how to behave. They are rude and behave in such a way that it seems as if she is doing a favor by serving customers, every time she makes an order, the administrator does not hear the customer, responds rudely to any word. Now essentially: I buy a shish kebab to eat it somewhere on the square, I ask to put down the forks, they answer that they do not have a catering, but a store, but at the same time, when selling shawarma or shish kebab, they put napkins (it does not work logically), they also sell French fries in this store, and according to the totality of the menu, you can be sure to say that this is still a catering service and it would be possible to offer forks to customers. I order 400g. I ask you to divide the shish kebab into two portions, they say that they are not supposed to do this, well, thank God they seem to have achieved their goal, now they put it in two portions. A huge disadvantage for the company is that they do not keep up with the times, namely: There is no quark payment! What is this about the last century? The administrator proudly replies that they are "Old Believers", although there is nothing to be proud of. It is not always possible to take a card with you. I would like to ask the management of this institution to conduct a preventive conversation with the staff on the topic of customer friendliness. Now, as for the cuisine: The meat is juicy, delicious, and there are no questions about the barbecue. There is also a remark about shawarma. You are not selling shawarma, but lula kebab in lavash, these are two big differences. In addition to meat, the shawarma also contains cucumbers, tomatoes, cabbage, etc. The overall rating of the cuisine is 5 stars. I hope my review will be read by the management of this company.
