I want to leave feedback about the purchase of the balloon. Unfortunately, there was an unpleasant aftertaste. The price of 40 rubles per ball is significantly higher than the market price (for comparison, in other places you can buy a whole set for this amount). In addition, I was disappointed by the technical incompetence: the seller did not know how to inflate the balloon with helium correctly. The service and pricing do not match the quality. I hope you will take this into account to improve your work.
