A good location, a large courtyard, everything is nearby: shops, cafes, restaurants, a swimming pool and gardens. It's a very good residential complex for young families and old people. The LCD is fenced and the entrance is only by magnet. The number of older people has decreased. BUT! The human! According to the project, there should have been fewer apartments. The layout is not very good for some apartments. The facade is scary already. Parking lots are not well maintained and dirty. Water always flows into the parking lot in autumn and winter.

Хороший и тихий ЖК. Единственный минус стоит вдоль Навои, у кого окна на улицу слышно поток машин, ночью бывает и рев мотоцикла пробивается. Стены толстые, бетон только на несущих, ну как и везде в новых ЖК сейчас, остальные стены из шлакоблоков. Двор большой, для детей раздолье, везде зелень и цветы, приятно прогуляться вечером после работы. Подъезды широкие, два лифта. Паркинг дорогой, но места есть всегда. В целом рекомендую, заезжайте и живите.
