We visited this place today. We booked a table in advance, we wrote to them at 11:20 and booked a table near the window number 12 at 19:15. We were told to make an order in advance, pay and everything will be ready at 19:15. We unsubscribed that table 12 is reserved for us at 19:25. As a result, we arrive and are given a completely different table 15. And when we said that we had not booked this table, we were stupidly told that this table had been booked before you. There is no complaint to the waiter, but to the administrator yes. Dear administrator, if you book tables, please write in advance that one or another table is occupied. Rather than stupidly accepting a reservation and actually speaking in a completely different way. And we waited another 30 minutes for food. We always used to come to this place, but after that we won't come.
