Even 1 star for this salon is a lot, I came for hair coloring, we discussed for a very long time with the colorist Aytaj that I need toning in length and hidden blonde coloring . I am attaching an example photo. Also, the colorist was told that I have my own roots , just tinted , there is a dye on the length , which means that the toning of these zones should be in different colors , the roots are darker and the length is lighter . The blonde was kept for more than an hour ( there are burnt strands ) - OK . They started tinting . I asked for a cream-free paint. They started painting with ammonia because it burned my head so much . When coloring, it was clear that my roots are lighter than the length itself , the photo is attached . After I came home after paying for the service, I also came with a friend who also did services there , I saw a color change in the light, which I wrote to them in correspondence and attached photos . I was told : I 'm sorry , you behaved badly ( it 's not like that ) We will no longer be able to receive you. Can you imagine? There was absolutely no customer orientation , instead of discussing and solving the problem somehow, they completely absolved themselves of responsibility and wished me all the best. "Master Aytaj" is a low-profile specialist. I do not recommend visiting this salon, because if you are not satisfied with the service, you will simply be told good day, we do not want to receive you anymore. Think about it 100 times, I warned you.
