We recently stayed at the Sette Serenity Hotel and were absolutely delighted. The rooms are clean, tidy, and have all the necessary furniture and appliances. The hotel itself is spacious and cozy. There is a clean pool and sun beds where you can relax. The Swedish table is a separate delight, the chefs are just professionals in their field, every day everything is fresh and sooo delicious. Staff- I've never met a better staff than this one, they are all very polite, smiling and attentive. We are always ready to help with any questions. I would especially like to mention the administrator Yakub, who always helped and answered questions, organized my relative's birthday and did everything at the highest level. The bartenders were very friendly, and all the drinks were made quickly and tasty.It should be noted that the alcohol itself is of high quality. All the staff is doing an excellent job, thank you for your hard work. The hotel is also located next to the sea, which is very convenient. I recommend this hotel to everyone who appreciates comfort, quality of service and coziness. We plan to return there again!

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. We lived from 12.01.26– 17.01.26. This is the city center. Shops are nearby. The sea is nearby, the embankment is long. The food was very good. There are many different appetizers and salads. There is always beef and chicken, cooked very tasty. For dinner, there was also fish in various cooking methods. At lunch and dinner, there is always a chef who monitors the availability of dishes. He is also very friendly. A lot of sweets. There have always been oranges, apples, and grapefruit. The tables are cleaned on time, everything is clean and tidy. Apart from coffee and tea, we took beer and red, white and pink wine from drinks. These drinks are of good quality. We don't use stronger drinks, so we didn't take them. The staff is friendly and always responds to requests for help. The administrator Talkhan understands Russian. On the very first day, we were offered to visit the SPA hammam. They have different programs, we chose a hammam with peeling and a face mask. There's a Russian-speaking receptionist, Ike, who offered several massage treatments. I got myself three full-body therapeutic massages. The emphasis was on the feet and shoulders. It's all for a fee. I didn't ask the masseuse's name. We had two with us. The older one does a massage very well. I felt an improvement. The hotel is quiet, peaceful, the hotel is 16+ The air conditioner was working properly, Wi-Fi was free, and the connection was good. The rooms themselves are clean and spacious. There was always hot water in the shower. The hotel has a talking parrot that makes sounds: meow-meow, hello, bye bye Thank you for a good rest.

Nice little hotel. The location is convenient. Alanium shopping center is not far away on foot. The sea is nearby . The rooms are clean and beautiful. The pool is small. The hotel is 16+. Room cleaning every day. I really liked the food. There was beef every day. You can walk along the embankment in the evenings. A parrot meows at the reception. We arrived in the morning, and we were immediately checked into a room for free. Then we went to breakfast.

The hotel deserves 4*, friendly and helpful staff, always help in solving the issue, renovated interior, rooms are not large, but there is everything you need, the food for 2 weeks of stay seemed monotonous, but everything was fresh and made from natural products, generally delicious, convenient location, ~200 m to the sea, in my opinion, the beach in this area is one of the best in Alanya (not counting Cleopatra beach), there are no large slabs at the entrance to the sea and the beach strip is quite wide. There are cafes, restaurants, shops and pharmacies nearby. As a travel agent, I can safely recommend this city hotel for a stay in the city center!

Nice hotel, booked a tour for August 2025. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were given a suite instead of the usual room, which was very pleasant (without extra charges, and we didn't even ask), they checked in ahead of time. I liked the room, it was clean, fresh, nice design and lighting, a very nice spacious balcony, a large shower room. The food at the hotel is good, varied, there are enough dishes, there is enough for everyone, it is very tasty. I liked the red wine at the bar. The food was fully in line with expectations. The hotel is calm, without loud music and noisy guests. The hotel has a small pool, but we were mostly at sea. It was a couple of minutes walk to the sea, very close, a large beach, few people, good access to the water. Sun beds and umbrellas are paid - 3 euros per person, there is a free good toilet and outdoor shower on the beach. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, I recommend it.

Nice hotel within walking distance to the beach. The staff is friendly (not always), the buffet is good, although it could be varied, the rooms are relatively clean. I'll turn to the cons: upon arrival, we were checked into a room (311), where the touch-screen display with a choice of options for the staff did not work (we sleep/do not enter/ cleaning is needed), we were informed at the reception, where we were told that they would fix it (they came to fix it 4 days later, they did not, referring to the fact that you need to order a part), because of this problem, the cleaning service could easily enter the room at the wrong time, and they enter immediately. From the bedside area, only 2 of the 6 floor lamps were lit, they came and repaired, but nothing changed. The TV, most of the channels were jammed or blocked, and half-exposed wires were sticking out from below. The refrigerator was more suitable for heating than for cooling anything. The extractor hood in the bathroom was cracking very badly, mold was in the shower, towels that needed to be changed were just hung beautifully back on the hanger, the toilet was not washed, the toilet lid was broken. There is no sound insulation in the room. A clothes hanger was broken on the balcony, it was never hung back during the stay, although the problem was pointed out, the latch was broken in the door between the room and the exit to the balcony, the doors could not be tightly closed. It was very annoying, when eating, someone smokes all the time, wherever you sit the smoke covers from all sides. I pointed out all the problems at the reception, but nothing was done to solve them, only promises.

The hotel is basically normal, not for the pretentious! The choice of food is not very large, but it is enough if you go for a week. We have been vacationing since September 8, 2025, for 8 nights, the bed has never been changed during this time, we realized before we left. All the cleaning is a change of towels and a neatly made bed, and perhaps a vacuum cleaner. I won't say that the hotel is 4 stars, I would give no more than three. We had a rest during the New Year holidays. If you are ready for the urban hotel format, then this is definitely an excellent choice. Very convenient location, everything is nearby:There is an embankment, a beach, bike rental, a market, shops, and it is convenient to get to the center on foot or by bus. I constantly monitored the cleanliness of the sun beds, cleaned up the trash, and even rearranged the umbrellas so that the shade fell on you better. The entrance to the sea was not very big, there were a lot of boulders. We went swimming a little to the right, to the striped umbrellas, there is a good entrance. Plus the hotel, the contingent is 16+. For those who don't need animation and entertainment. There were a lot of young people from 17 to 30 in our race, and a more age-related contingent. There are a lot of Russians, Swedes, Germans, then Poles were added. The pool bar was open until 23.00. The staff of the canteen and bar constantly monitored the cleanliness. The location is good, not a city, but 3 km from the center, there is a good embankment, there is a market nearby, there are shops. The hotel seems to be new, but...If you look closely, there are minor shoals everywhere..something is screwed crookedly, there are cracks somewhere, etc. The windows in the rooms have probably not been washed for a year. The rooms are small, the audibility is unreal, any movements of the neighbor can be heard. As for food, as I said, no more than 3 *, the assortment is meager, in fact, the desserts are the same 10 days in a row in the form of 3-4 types of the simplest. Every time you just think about choosing something. When the meal is over, they bring it on a plate and report, sometimes the guests ask to bring something themselves... The bartender, who is also the waiter, who cleans the tables, is only 2 people! Because the tables are occupied, they are constantly cleaning them, respectively, at this moment there is no one in the bar. And they walk around in street jackets. I've never seen a cook in special clothes in 10 days. Bottled water of 0.5 is always freely available and unlimited. Dishes are poorly washed, rooms are also poorly cleaned...For understanding, the change of bed linen was without replacing the duvet cover, by the way, the linen is of lousy quality. I watched the reviews and rating on Lavel Travel -9.5 with a lot of positive reviews...maybe it's good/better in the season, of course, But in January I would have set a maximum of 6.0!!! In general, of course, I am dissatisfied, there are proven ones nearby that are much better and almost the same in price. Good evening, We're resting here right now. The hotel is nice, my husband and I really liked it! The food is good, there are always 2-3 types of side dishes, meat and fish, and very tasty beef and chicken. There are plenty of vegetables, and there are always greens. The alcohol was good, and we mostly drank dry white wine, beer, and vodka. There are no questions about these drinks at all The location is convenient, the staff is very polite and sociable - they are always ready to help with any question. Cleaning: everything is fine, we even got more towels than we needed. According to the bedding, they did not notice any wear or spools. Maybe they got lucky, or maybe they changed it. Naturally, the hotel is not for parties, but we liked it. It's always quiet, there are places on the sun beds and in the dining room, without queues and lots of people. Separately, I would like to write about the cat, we named him Tipulya. He is an insanely affectionate and loving baby. Give him enough attention and love, feed and caress him - he will not leave you indifferent, and you can send greetings from Sema and Katya♥️😢

A magnificent hotel! We had a rest with my husband for 10 days here. The hotel is new, the rooms are clean, they are cleaned every day, the staff is very friendly. The food is above all praise, everything is very diverse and tasty, balanced (fresh vegetables, fruits, several types of meat, fish, soup, snacks and sauces for every taste, a huge amount of sweets). I also liked the hotel very much because it was quiet and peaceful, which cannot be said about many others where we rested earlier, and we were constantly stunned from animation until one o'clock in the morning, loud music and parties + screeching children. It's already lights out at 23.00, everyone is quietly talking outside or sleeping. The sea is a 3-minute walk, the beach is clean, beach towels are provided at the reception every day. Vacation in Sette Serenity is the best vacation in Turkey that we had, we will definitely come back again!

We were in this hotel from March 6 to March 13. It was the first time we had a vacation out of season, and we were pleasantly surprised, the weather is beautiful, there are not many people. Next to the sea, you can walk along the embankment to the port or Cleopatra.. We are very happy with our vacation. Nice small city hotel. The majority of the guests are tourists from Europe and the Scandinavian countries. The location is good, far from the noisy hotels, but in the heart of the city. The faucets were not wiped at all. Of the nuances, there is a mosque next to the hotel, be ready for the songs of the mula several times a day. I can hear it very well. Overall, the price/quality ratio is good. Would you come back to this hotel again

We had a vacation with a girl for the first time in Turkey, we chose this hotel. The tour was at the end of July. We arrived late at night, were met at the reception, were given a room key card and we checked in immediately. The room's balcony overlooked the courtyard, so we didn't hear much noise. The room was cleaned only when you turned on the "Waiting for cleaning" mode when leaving the room. If you don't want to be disturbed, turn on the "Sleep" mode and no one touches you) The hotel itself is small, with a swimming pool and sun beds (as seen in the photo). But everything is very neat and clean. There is a bar near the pool. We tried all the drinks from AI - very tasty beer, gin with pineapple/cherry juice. Naturally, fanta and Coca-Cola) All the staff speaks English. Of the Russian speakers, there was only 1 employee who worked the day shift and, of course, a tour guide from a travel agency who sometimes came to exchange currency. The hotel's visitors are completely different. We were at the same time as the Germans (most of the visitors), Poles and Russians. The Germans were occasionally noisy, but within the bounds of decency) The hotel is very quiet, it has no animations, show programs, by the way, there are no children here either, only adults. Therefore, if the goal is just to take a break from the hustle and bustle, then this is the perfect place. The food for a city hotel for such a price (low) is very decent. I will not list, I was pleased with the variety of meat dishes - not soy cutlets and not offal), a standard set of salads and vegetables, fruits of 3-4 types for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Access to a coffee machine (ground coffee, incl.) and tea around the clock. Very friendly staff, they speak English. Because it was the end of the season, the beaches were almost empty, and we didn't even understand where "ours" was - we just walked along the coast and chose a more convenient entry into the sea. There is a SPA on the "minus 1" floor, an employee periodically invites visitors for a massage, but very unobtrusively. There is no entertainment, but this is a quiet urban hotel, so it was a plus for us. Beach towels are provided, and so is the iron. Have a good rest for all future tourists of the hotel!
