In general, it's a good hotel. The room is cleaned every day, everything is clean. The staff is friendly, good service, the price tag is acceptable. A variety of breakfasts/lunch/dinner. The location is a three-minute walk to the beach. The pool is not big, clean. We were out of season, so no one used the pool, it's hard to tell by the workload in the season. Among the disadvantages: very strong audibility in the rooms. I've never seen anything like it anywhere. In the next room, someone is either washing up, but it feels like you're in the toilet. It often happens that there are not enough places indoors for lunch, you have to sit by the pool or on the veranda, but this is not critical. Worse, having arrived half an hour or an hour before the end of lunch, it is possible that there is practically no choice of dishes, so it is better to come early). There are no glasses/mugs in the rooms. 1 time we put several disposable cups and that's it. But you can take drinks from the bar to the room and bring the glass back in the morning.

Great hotel! Very clean, friendly staff. The bar offers free local wine, beer and Turkish Raki. Towels are changed every day, but linen is changed every 3 days. We lived on the 6th floor, tired of the elevator, very long and often broke down. The food is not that varied, but delicious. They have a real strain with meat... the pool is open from morning until 23. And then there's the parrot that meows. I advise you! It is a pity that I did not like it in Alanya very much and therefore I will not return. But the hotel is just great)

Don't wait for wow, then you will definitely be satisfied! New hotel, everything is new and clean. The food is not a delight, but it is more than decent at the price of a day here. There is almost no territory, but the sea is close. The main thing for us was that there were no children. This is very decisive. Of the cons: The audibility in the rooms is very good ONLY in the toilet. The mosque is very close, so the first morning will be at 6 a.m. with chants, then you get used to it. The annoying rather male staff, if you are a girl without a male escort. But they are not nasty, they will just give you special attention. In the first couple of days, I even wrote an angry review, but then deleted it. 80% of all residents were Poles and they just bent everyone under themselves. It was indicative that the bartender was paid for Polish songs in the evening. But then the active Poles left, and a more active company of Russians arrived. And then my opinion changed radically😂 So choose this hotel if you just want a budget comfortable stay. Even more retired)

We were there in October 2021. For your money, a good hotel, relatively new, the room has a good interior, 5-7 minutes walk to the sea in a straight line, an underground passage across the road, entering the sea - small pebbles, no large stones. For me, one of the advantages is that the hotel is small, i.e. few people, 16+ (without children), calm, quiet. In terms of food, maybe there is no super variety and bursting tables with food, but the choice is quite good. Local beer and spirits are free, the bar is open until 23h. The staff is polite, friendly. I recommend the hotel.

Hello! We were at this hotel from August 7 to August 14, 2024. The 4-star hotel, 16 +😎 is located almost in the very center of Alanya. It is small, with a swimming pool, a bar (from 11 to 23h.). The food is normal, nothing special, but you will not stay hungry. Not far from the sea for 4 minutes. Cleopatra Beach can be reached in 10-15 minutes by 1 bus. We liked it, but it was very hot and humid.

Cafes, shops, pharmacies are within walking distance. We visited this hotel in July 2024. This is a great hotel for those who do not like noise, fuss, running noisy kids, loud music...the only loud one is the talking parrot Yakub at the reception.) There are only 60 rooms, there is always a place in the restaurant. The kitchen is great, the cook is great! 👍 From the territory there is only a reception, a restaurant, a bar and a swimming pool, there is no sauna, as well as the surrounding area. But!!! The hotel is located in the city itself, near a beautiful promenade and shopping streets. There is a road with public transport along the embankment. The sea is close, but through an underground passage. The beach is a hotel, but the sun beds are paid. Yes, the hotel has EXCELLENT, FREE WI-FI! Thanks to the hotel staff, even if, suddenly, there are problems (although this is rare, the hotel is only 2 years old, the rooms are beautiful!), they will always help to solve them. We will be happy to come back here again!

We were probably unlucky with the room (water leakage from the top) was changed to another one, but it turned out to be no better (problems with the toilet, lighting). The Sette Serenity Hotel Adults Only 16+ were there from 07/20/2023 to 07/29/2023. Terrible hotel, unorganized staff. The interior is supposedly modern, but very tired, a lot of broken things. The hygienic shower was broken in the room, there were a lot of chips on the furniture. Huge audibility, especially in the bathroom, you can understand who is doing what in the next room. The food is for 3, a lot of peppery and a lot of semi-finished products, the hotel can not cope with the number of people, because when you go for lunch or dinner there are not even plates, you need to look for employees to bring clean plates, and the dishes also run out within 20 minutes, you need to wait again when empty containers are changed and filled. Almost no one speaks Russian, it is very difficult to understand in emergency situations. So our things flew to other balconies and the roof and at first they did not want to get them at all, only after shouting they agreed and then they brought them during the day! Drinks are not all announced, we learned on day 5 that you can drink cola, sprite on tap and it is included in all inclusive, but before that, when asked at the bar, we were told that you can only buy in a jar of iron for 50 lira. Personal hygiene products also change the blunder, you have to go down to the reception and talk about it. There is only one elevator for the entire hotel, you constantly have to wait because there are a lot of people and it can't cope, there is no ventilation in the corridors, it was hot and humid all the time. Wi-Fi sometimes worked, sometimes not, I didn't catch it in the room at all, we lived on the 4th floor. In the shared toilet on the ground floor, the toilet paper holder is broken and it is standing on the trash can, this is not normal and not hygienic at all! The plastic rim of the toilet is also broken - it just cracked and hangs there . It was also very unpleasant when you eat, employees go and clean the table, well, I understand when you have already eaten, and when you are still eating and they stretch across the table and take something all the time, and there were still moments when you ate, but got up from the table for water, your plate and everything on the table will be removed and thrown away . A terrible impression remained.The bar includes drinks wine, crayfish, vodka, beer, sweet water - everything else is paid - cocktails cost from 8-11 euros. We were very upset, I would never recommend such a "vacation".
