GREAT VACATION! Great vacation! The hotel fully met the expectations of an all-inclusive holiday. I recommend it for a relaxing and comfortable vacation by the sea. Like it: Beach: Clean, well maintained, with comfortable sun beds and umbrellas. The sea is magnificent, the water is 22-23 degrees.Bartenders come, bring drinks, wipe glasses. A great place to relax. Food: A wide variety in the main restaurant. Always fresh and delicious dishes. Grilled shrimp, meat, duck and more. Fresh mango and strawberry fruits are a special delight! It was a daily thrill. Service and staff: This is the main advantage of the hotel! The staff is very attentive, polite and always with a smile. I was especially touched by the fact that the staff regularly asked if everything was fine and if we needed help. There was a sincere desire to make the rest enjoyable. The territory is green and well maintained. Rooms: spacious, I didn't like the room when I checked in, they changed it right away without any problems, the mini bar was replenished constantly. Beer, juices, soda, bottled water 1.5liters. What didn't you like: Room cleaning: Unfortunately, it was not at the highest level. Towels were not always changed on time, and the dust from the surfaces was wiped rather superficially, the floors were not washed.This moment clearly requires attention from the administration. Kaef Restaurant: Visited once and never returned. The quality of the sushi and rolls was disappointing, to put it mildly. It does not correspond to the all-inclusive level in such a hotel. We were at a fish restaurant on the beach, it was quite tasty, fish, shrimp, octopus. Bottom line: Despite minor cleaning issues, the vacation turned out to be wonderful. Due to the beautiful beach, delicious food, amazing fresh food and, most importantly, very attentive staff, we left in a great mood. We sincerely thank the staff of the hotel! I recommend this holiday resort
