A beautiful hotel with a well-maintained green area, friendly staff, a beautiful reef, six pools, daily high-quality cleaning! My husband and I were at Serenity alpha bich from March 16 to March 30. The food is wonderful and varied: beef, chicken, fish, seafood, vegetables, herbs, fruits, a huge variety of cakes and oriental sweets! I would especially like to mention the positive chefs who cook delicious grilled dishes! Every evening we were treated to delicious ice cream and fruits! I admired the work of the gardeners, what beauty they have created and continue to maintain in the desert! The whole area is an oasis!!! I would like to especially mention the friendly team of animators, they are all lighters, daytime and evening animation fire! These young guys and girls made our vacation fun and interesting! . We traveled from the Fun& sun company, we are very satisfied, everything is clear and punctual. We took 3 excursions from them (Cairo with a visit to the magnificent museum, pyramids and Sphinx; Dendera Luxor with a visit to beautiful temples and banana island; a boat trip with diving, snorkeling, bathyscaphe, parachute, banana, lunch with seafood and a visit to the island with white sand), which were recommended by the hotel guide Ayman. We are absolutely thrilled! We are very grateful to Ayman! . Definitely, I recommend this hotel to everyone! . If you are planning a vacation with children, then the neighboring hotel of the same chain "Serenity alma" is more suitable, there is a water park, a lunapark and everyone praises the children's animation! .

We stayed at this hotel in December 2025. I liked everything! There is a medium-sized territory where you can walk, but you don't have to walk too much. Three pools (regular, saltwater and heated). I liked the beach, there is shallow water and you can swim at depth from the pier. The rooms are cleaned cleanly and every day. There is a large selection of food! Both meat and fish in different forms every day, lots of vegetables and sweets. There's not a lot of fruit, but I had enough. I ate oranges (very sweet) and melon. We had dinner three times a week in a la carte restaurants. They chose Mexican, Italian and Moroccan. Everything is delicious! Alcohol was not important, but it leaves much to be desired, as is often the case in Egypt. I drank wine and gin and tonic. The animation is not very intrusive, I personally like it. They don't come up often. In the afternoon, you can go to yoga, table tennis, beach volleyball, and aqua gymnastics. The show is tonight. I've seen contests and holidays a couple of times. During dinner, live music is something new every day. There is a 24-hour bar, but there is no disco. You can take a bus with the animators to Hurghada for a disco. It costs $25, including travel and one welcome alcoholic drink. The duration is from 23.00 to 3.00. We did not go. It was my husband's birthday, and a birthday cake was brought to the room that day) Very friendly staff! They will always come to the rescue, always with a smile. A pleasant impression of the hotel! You can go! It's a long way from Hurghada, but if you don't go anywhere, then it's great! The desert is nearby and all the entertainment accompanying it (buggies, horses, camels). The hotel has a diving center, you can dive and swim to your heart's content! Benches and shops are also available. There is a hotel of the same grid nearby, you can also go for a walk there.

We stayed at this hotel from April 12 to April 22, 2026. People usually write about hangouts and water parks about Egypt. And we chose Serenity Alpha Beach 5* and never regretted it. Although the reality was a little different from the postcard pictures 😌 The three of us went: me, my wonderful friend Natasha and my daughter Lizaveta. The ideal composition for a leisurely, adult vacation. Now for the facts and emotions: , Number. It's huge, on the ground floor of a building with a lobby and a main restaurant. There is a direct exit from the balcony to the green clearing — it is a pleasure to wake up. We left a dollar each for the maids, and they twisted amazing animals out of towels for us. And do you know what is especially valuable? The same wonderful young man was cleaning all the time. We greeted each other warmly every time we met, like old acquaintances. It created the feeling that you were not in a faceless hotel, but at a party. Who woke us up. No rooster. There is a cage with a parrot on the territory — it regularly replaced the alarm clock, but there were no animals, only birds. Clean and quiet. , Food. The food in the main restaurant is wonderful: varied, delicious, plenty of everything. No one stayed hungry. Plus, there are à la carte restaurants — every dish is like in a good restaurant, you can visit 3 of them for free. And what was important to us was that we never got poisoned either at the hotel or on the tour. Sunset and dawn. You can't see the sunset from the hotel, though. But the sunrises are gorgeous. Sleep lovers are a minus, larks are a plus. , The sea. To be honest, almost every day there was wind, the sea was stormy, plus ebb and flow. We have our own reef, but because of the waves we swam only 2 times. Not because it's bad, but because... Excursions. ...there just wasn't time to lie on the beach! We left, we watched, we got emotions. So the reef was left for the next time. , Pools. Two: one with fresh water, the other with sea water. It saved me on windy days. There are very few children, mostly elderly Germans. Silence, regularity, no one yelling. , Transfer. It takes 30-40 minutes to drive from the airport — very close. They didn't catch a taxi, but made do with organized trips. And most importantly, the people. All the staff is wonderful: friendly, smiling, sincere. In this hotel you feel like a welcome guest, not a purse tourist. For us, this turned out to be more important than the perfect entrance to the sea. Bottom line: A hotel for calm, self-sufficient people. If you need "everything to be perfect" and a sea without waves, don't come here. And if you want a spacious room, pleasant food, friendly staff, guided tours and no fuss, Serenity Alpha will be remembered with warmth. We left happy, although we didn't buy up 🙃
