Poor service and hidden payments — require 5,000 tenge just for recording The experience is extremely negative. In the correspondence (screenshot attached), the service requires an advance payment of 5,000 tenge just to make an appointment with me and show me the phone problem — no repairs have been discussed yet. There is no clear explanation of what the amount is charged for, no price list or written policy. It looks like a hidden payment or an attempt to extort money in advance. I expected transparency and a normal attitude towards the client — I received pressure and a demand for payment before providing any services. I do not recommend contacting this center.
