The club is awesome, the coaching staff is brilliant, and the students are great guys and girls. I am in the 40+ group, I came on a recommendation, we travel from different parts of the Minsk region: Smolevichi, Zaslavl, Borovlyany, Kolodishchi, Radoshkovichi, etc., although there are enough Minsk ones. Almost all have higher education, but some have 2-3 degrees and have advanced degrees. All BSUFC + trainers have a technical or economic background. I broke my leg a few years ago and couldn't get rid of the lameness and pain, I found out about Senke, and after 3 months of training, my muscles started to tone up, my weight returned to normal - 14kg. I understand those who have been involved in this club for decades and bring children to children's groups. + Professional coaches, highly intelligent team, positive attitude and excellent mood. - one of the disadvantages: you pay for a month, sick leave is not taken into account, but the cost for Minsk is very low.
