Tom yam is disgusting today (02/01/26). The broth completely lacks the characteristic taste, apparently there is no tom yam paste, huge chunks of tomatoes float, respectively, the broth is sour, it even has a different color. The skin has not been removed from the squid, it is impossible to chew. For the first time, I did not finish the soup (( at the same time, everything is fine at Dzerzhinsky, there are no such problems. Upset to the core.
