Level 17 Local Expert

One of the best shops for students. It has cheap stuff compared to other shops. Almost you can find anything you want. If you want cheap and good things you can surely go here. This shop is open 24/7 which give it a edge over other shops. But sometimes it doesn't have a lot of things and usually it's difficult to find them.
