The rooms have old furniture, it smells like bleach in a hospital (but there is confidence that cleanliness is being monitored). I cannot give a low rating to this hotel, as the prices are appropriate! This is a cheap hotel for Ust-Kamenogorsk. It is worth considering at once that for 7000 tenge you will not be provided with a room with European renovation and some additional services. Cheap, repairs and furniture match the price. It's pointless to find fault. If you come for a week, then you can tolerate it - you get significant savings, given that for 7000 tenge they give you a full-fledged room with its own bathroom.

The room was taken by a "Suite" (21 rooms -10000 Tenge per day). The bed is double, the bed linen is clean. This is probably where all the advantages of the "Lux" end. In addition to the bed, the room has a bedside table, a desk with ragged corners, without handles on drawers; a small, lopsided refrigerator; almacom air conditioning; haier TV. There is a bathtub in the bathroom; there is no cork; there is no shower curtain; towel hooks are broken or deformed; the trash can has "lost its head" (the lid is broken off); there is no sound insulation in the rooms, you can hear not only the neighbors behind the wall but also from the farthest room probably. It's very noisy! The sound of passing cars is the same as when the windows are open (the windows overlook the facade of the building); there is no phone in the room; there is a bedside table and a closet at the entrance, which is apparently propped up from the wall with a roller made of rags. In short: I do not recommend this hotel to anyone who has a choice. I personally went to it because I arrived very early and needed to rest after a day on the road. I stayed for a day, if I stay late, I will definitely change the hotel!☝️
