On September 17, I sent the documentation for the boiler room at home, and on November 6, I personally arrived to remind myself. 50 days have passed between the dates. The seller said that I was putting pressure on him and he would not sell me anything. I sent the seller all the schemes and projects (agreed with government agencies) and voiced that there was no commitment to one brand and was ready to study the offer by analogues. I conclude that the seller is focused on cold, unprepared clients who are without a project and global construction. You can draw the same conclusion by studying the reviews (people just came for the boiler alone in most reviews). For reference, my projects needed 6 boilers, 3 tanks, a lot of other accessories for strapping the system, about 30 circulation pumps, automation, 4,500 meters (yes, 4.5 kilometers) of cross-linked polyethylene, hundreds of fittings for crimping, 12 combs and small things in the form of corner supports, frames, dampers, cable. To say I'm amazed is to say nothing. Thank God that the frivolity and mediocrity of the seller was personally and honestly voiced by him before the prepayment. It is for this that one well-deserved star. I would also like to note that other organizations have sent commercial ones within a period of no more than three days.
