To a comment about her tone with clients, the girl replied in kind.: "is it really not clear that this is all there is?" I said "thank you" and left. I went into the store with a positive attitude and a smile, and came out in absolute shock. Administration, understand the behavior of your young employees. Rudeness should not be encouraged.

We visited your store in a great mood, but left disappointed, to put it mildly. Faced with the extremely unpleasant behavior of the consultant. We and other sellers called her (much longer than we would have liked), but she preferred to chat on the phone. In addition to this, I believe that it is necessary to roll your eyes at least so that the client does not notice it. When a client comes with a friendly attitude and the intention to make a large purchase, this attitude seems to me to be as unprofessional as possible. I would like to note that as a specialist she was competent – it is clear that she understands the product. But, apparently, it's worth working on motivation for your work. It's a pity, because the impression of the store is greatly spoiled precisely because of this. I hope this is an isolated case, and your service will meet expectations in the future.
