We stayed there for 9 days. Room 309 the view from the balcony was wonderful to the mountains and the city and somewhere far away the sea. In the evening and in the morning we have our big balcony. The balloon was angular. The room itself is not poorly equipped. There is a kitchenette, but a stove, refrigerator, kettle, dishes, knives, glasses, cups, glasses, etc. The bedroom is a separate room. The linen is clean, but there is no proper blanket. There is an old (camel) one in the closet in the corridor that you don't want to use. There's also a safe that's locked. The photos that they have on their website are similar, but a little outdated and mixed up from different numbers. There was almost always hot water. The staff is both a good option and not very good, they like to lie and trick a little. The Internet is wi-fi, and frankly, gee. It is impossible to use 1 MB for reception and return. It is impossible to use at all! The way out is that you buy a local SIM card with the Internet and for ~ 1100 rubles. Another disadvantage is that when you check in, you are offered to buy the opportunity to use an air conditioner for 8 euros a day. The girl who cleans there is good. He speaks Turkish, English and Russian. There is also a small pool, but we did not use it.

I had a chance to relax in this hotel. It's a terrible place. I DON'T RECOMMEND IT! We had a vacation in August 2025. The location of the hotel is VERY far from the sea. It's not a 25-minute walk, but if you have to walk there for an hour with the children. We stopped by 2 families in 3 rooms. There were problems in two rooms (the toilet and the shower head were not working). The numbers are similar in the photo, but keep in mind everything is photoshopped. The furniture is tired. The description says that there is parking, there is no parking at ALL. Dear owners, please take a look at what parking at the hotel means. The car had to be parked along the hotel fence in the driveway. The staff is unfriendly. You can't even bring your own drinks (even water) to the pool. The girl bartender immediately runs and warns that it is impossible. Although the gypsies arrived and they could do ANYTHING. There are even chips. The igushechny pool is small. There is only one slide for kids

We have stayed at this hotel 3 times already. The price is good, we liked the room (bedroom, studio kitchen, balcony). There is a kitchen with dishes, a laundry room on site. I agree with the previous review in terms of detergents, sponges and other things. If you stop for a couple of days, you will have to buy everything (not sold by the piece, in packs and liters). There is a fish market near the hotel (a large assortment, you can cook seafood bought at the market in a cafe for a nominal amount), it took 15 minutes to walk to the sea, there are shops near the hotel. The kettle broke-half an hour later a new one was brought, just bought) the guys at the reception are friendly, speak Turkish and English. In general, the best hotel in Alanya)

I liked it · 1. For a small price we got a normal apartment, even if not in the very center of Alanya, not near the beach, but within walking distance from supermarkets, market and main highways. Moreover, we had our own car, and the hotel has its own parking, which is very convenient. 2. The apartment has a lot for a comfortable life for a few days, and what is missing, you can ask the responsive staff. For example, we needed a corkscrew, a frying pan, salt for three days of stay - we received all this at the first request. 3. There is a laundry room in the adjacent annex, you can wash your clothes for free, only your own powder. I didn't like it · 1. It was strange that there was no kitchen towel and no sponge for washing dishes. They wanted to buy their own, but they never got around to it. I had to wipe off the table and wash the dishes with an ordinary face towel, which made it very dirty in three days. I hope it's coming off. 2. The same goes for cleaning the floor. There is nothing to wipe the wet floor in the bathroom, no foot towel or at least just a floor cloth is simply not provided. I also had to use one of the face towels. These disadvantages are minimal, but in general everything is fine, we really liked it.
