The hotel is located in the center of Kemer, within walking distance from the embankment, shops, restaurants and public transport stops. The beach is about 7-10 minutes walk away. The territory is small, but well maintained and green. There are several relaxation areas with sun loungers, palm trees and flowers around. One outdoor pool with clean water. There is a bar with drinks and snacks near the pool. The breakfasts and dinners are varied: fresh vegetables, cheeses, olives, pastries, fruits, meat and fish several times a week. The drinks are delicious too. The staff is mostly friendly and helpful. The reception staff helped resolve several organizational issues, and the maids kept the room clean.

My family and I spent a wonderful 13 days at the Selcukhan Hotel from May 5 to May 17, 2026. I liked the hotel — good value for money. Check-in. We arrived around 8 a.m., they immediately put on our bracelets and offered us breakfast. After breakfast, we were quickly checked into a room. Number. Initially, we booked a standard room, but upon check-in we were given a Standard Plus, which was very pleasant. The interior is beautiful, the room is clean, with a view of the mountains. The room had everything you needed: a free safe, air conditioning, slippers, toiletries. Russian channels were on TV. On the downside, the toilet sometimes smelled, despite the good hood. Staff. Very polite and friendly, always ready to help. Cleaning. She depended on the maid. One always replenished the water in the mini-bar, toiletries and neatly made the bed, the other did not. Territory. The lobby, swimming pool with two small slides, restaurant and rooms are located in one part of the hotel. Across the street there is a beautiful orange orchard, a stage for evening shows, a disco area with a beach bar and the beach itself. Unobtrusive music plays during the day, the atmosphere is calm and cozy. Food. Very decent, at the level of budget five-star hotels. For breakfast there were always omelets, pancakes, bread in an egg, cereals, yoghurts, porridges, fruits, vegetables, sausages, cheeses and some hot dishes. Lunch included Turkish soups, a large selection of hot dishes (meat, poultry, fish), pastries, desserts, vegetables and fruits. Special dishes were served for dinner — fried red fish, baklava, mutton, etc. Once in 7 days, you can visit the a la carte restaurant for free, where it was also very tasty: snacks, shrimp, fish, desserts. There are a lot of drinks, including good alcohol. Burgers, waffles and ice cream are served at the beach bar throughout the day, and there is a pastry shop in the lobby. There is also a night soup. Beach. Excellent, with plenty of sun beds. There are various approaches to the sea: classic, from the pier (there are also sun beds there) and from a special platform. Swimming pool. Nice, always clean, with two slides. The Internet. It worked stably and quickly at any time of the day. Animation. Decent, in Russian, English and Turkish. There are many interesting activities throughout the day. Special thanks to Erhan and Ekaterina for yoga, bocce, darts, water aerobics and shooting. There are shows in the evenings, including with guest artists. After 23:00, a disco with a DJ begins, which lasts until one o'clock in the morning. Location. It is very picturesque — there are mountains around and a lot of greenery. The place is cozy and peaceful. After leaving the main entrance to the left, you can walk to the Migros supermarket in 3-5 minutes. Even further away, near the cliff, there is an abandoned tunnel and a wild beach — a great place for lovers of solitude and nature. There is one free shuttle service from the hotel to Kemer, where a leather and fur store is located. You don't have to buy anything there, and after visiting the store, you will be taken for free to the Waikiki area, where you can go shopping and take a walk. However, you will have to arrange a return transfer to the hotel yourself. Children's club. We didn't really like it — the territory was small, the tables were painted, and the children's pool was often dirty or cold. The animator was unable to effectively organize children of different ages and nationalities. She often offered to color T-shirts for $10, which didn't quite meet expectations. Overall, our stay at Selcukhan Hotel left a pleasant impression. The hotel is suitable for family holidays, especially if you appreciate tranquility, beautiful nature and quality food. Small flaws did not spoil the overall impression, and the attentive staff and varied animation made the stay comfortable and interesting.

I had a rest from 28.04-03.05.26. The room was checked in immediately upon arrival, without extra charges at 09:30, a room for one, in fact 3 single beds in the room, the room itself is simple, the audibility is decent, the toilet water is flushed with terrible sounds, sound is heard from other rooms. For me, this is neither a - nor a +, just a fact. Discos take place outside the hotel, across the street, there are 2 private playgrounds, one with a stage, there was something for children, and the second next to it, with a bar, chairs, tables, music and a descent to the sea (the descent is closed in the evening) For me, it was a plus, as it was safe to go to bed at any time, there was no noise under the windows. Food and drinks are plentiful, and they make various alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails. There is also an Alyakart restaurant, apparently an entry was made to it, but I found out about it late and did not go, it was also indicated in the booklet that the hammam was free, I was not there either. The area has a beautiful view, mountains. A beach with a pier. I recommend the hotel, I liked it. Not far from the beach, on the left, (10-15minutes)there is a beautiful place, mountains, big rocks, you can wander there.
